Participation &  Facilities

Stall Info.
Stalls will be erected with octoma non reflective panel’s front fascia with computer cut signages. Each stall will be provided with one pedestal fan, one system table and two chairs, 15amp power socket rating 230 volts/50hz general security and fire protection and invitations to inaugural function and technical conference will be provided.
The organizers will arrange general security for the exhibition hall.

Additional requirement at extra charges

Facilities:
The package offered for pre-fabricated stall includes back and side partitions with modern prefaricated system similar to octonorm panels, Synthetic carpet, Name board on facia, Two spot lights, One 5 amp plugpoint, One table, Two chairs for every 9 sq mtr. area booked. In case of bare space booked area only will be provided with out any above facilities.

Allocation of Stalls / Space
Stalls at the exhibition will be allocated on first-come-first serve basis on receipt of filled application along with 75% advance stall charges by demand draft/cheque in favour of 'Shiny Trade Expositions', Vijayawada, India. Electricity consumption charges to run any machinery will be extra.

Special instructions for machinery exhibtors:
The exhibitiors who to participate in Rice Tech Expo, Kolkata, with machinery to be held at Kolkata are requested to follow the instructions given here under.
1. The Particulars and measurements of the machinery to be exhibited in the expo should be mentioned clearly in the stall registation form.
2. Last date for entry of machines inside the hall : 11th November 2010 by 10.00 pm
3. In the case of any damage happend to the floor or to any portion of the hall while hauling the machinery inside or outside the stall, venue the exhibitors will hold responsible to pay the compensation.
4. The Exhibitors have to submit all required documents and information of the exhibts and transportation to the organisers well in advance in prescribed format to get the way bills for entry of the trucks to West Bengal. If fails, the participants should laible to pay the prescribed tax to the Govt. of West Bengal.
