Participation Cost
Fabricated Stall:
The Smallest stall(booth) size is 9 sq.mt (3mx3m) Bare Space
The Smallest Space size is 36 sq mt (6m x 6m)
(foreign firms/organizations must make payments in US Dollars)

Special Stall (Shell Scheme)	Rs. 7000 per sq.m
Regular Stall (Shell Scheme)	Rs. 6500 per sq.m
Raw Space (Special Position)	Rs. 6000 per sq.m
Raw Space (Regular Position)	Rs. 5500 per sq.m
Service Tax 10.30% will be extra on above charges

Stall/space Allocation and Payments :
Stall/Space will be alloted on first-come-first serve basis.
Applications recieved accompanied by 75% advance payment will only be considered for allocation of stall space. Space will be allocated to the company by name and no sub letting will be allowed in any manner.
No Verbal bookings are accepted. Stall/space will be reserved strictly against  the advance payment as above. Balance 25% payment should be made before 10th October 2010.
Note: If the payment is not received by the due date, the allocated exhibition space will become void and made available to other exhibitiors.
No cancellation /withdrawal or reduction  of the stall size will be acceptable beyond 15 days from the date of stall confirmation by the Exhibitior(s). In such case, no refund will be made.
All payments should be in favour of Shiny Trade Expositions payable at Vijayawada by Cheque/D.D only.
